Tiffany Mallin trained at the Sun Coast Center for Natural Health School of Massage Therapy in Tampa, Florida where she earned certification in Massage Therapy and Hydrotherapy in 1991. Her further training has been in Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Aromatherapy, and Aron Mattes Stretching, and her specialty is Deep Tissue Sports Massage. Tiffany also offers a wonderful facial massage with Dermalogic products to cleanse, exfoliate, and tone. She also incorpoates specialized facial massage techniques rejuvenate, increase firmness, and Hot Stone Therapy. A stone massage uses stones to massage the body. Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body. The massage therapist may also hold the stones and use them to massage certain areas of the body. The hardness of the stones allows the therapist to address specific problem areas with more detailed work or deeper pressure. The heat from the stones will relax muscles, increase the blood flow to the area being worked on which further accelerates the healing process. This increase in circulation and the relaxation of the muscles also aids in mental relaxation.
The use of hot stones for healing dates back to ancient times, but the use of hot stones for massage caught on when Arizona massage therapist Mary Nelson introduced her hot stone massage technique, called LaStone Therapy. |

| Ken Cross After completing a Business Administration degree at Cal State University, Ken attended the Berkeley Psychic Institute, completing their training program in psychic and spiritual healing. The Berkeley Psychic Institute explains that psychic healing is a spiritual hello from one spirit to another. A body becomes disturbed or diseased when there is no communication with spirit. A healing heals the spirit so the spirit can heal the body. Furthering his passion for healing work, Ken graduated from the Diamond Light School of Massage and Healing in 1998 with additional training in Jin Shin Jyutsu, a powerful alternative health practice that can help one find and maintain balance in their physical and mental well-being, and Amanae, a hands-on emotional release bodywork technique which opens "doorways" that have been closed by deeply held fear, anger and trauma. Amanae is a journey that takes us back to remembrance and direct experience of the self. Ken has dedicated his life to being of service, helping people to become healthy, happy, and whole. Ken is licensed to practice massage therapy in South Lake Tahoe, CA. | |||
