Foot Reflexology is a massage technique based on the practice of stimulating or sedating specific points on the feet that correspond to different areas of the body. The theory behind reflexology relates to energy currents flowing in predictable patterns throughout the body that can be accessed by contacting specific points on the hands, feet, and ears. Manipulation of these points is thought to release energy blocks, freeing the energy to flow unobstructed and promoting health through normal function.
After discussing your individual areas of concern with you, your therapist will design an individual reflexology session specifically for you, using their knowledge and experience to ensure you receive a personal treatment and enjoy the maximum benefits from your session.
